Of not friggen stretching...
So yes. I throw Shot, Discus and Javelin.
Long story short, I decided not to stretch on tuesday and injured myself. Which, on wednesday, means I completely ignored the warning signs and went all out to do better.
Which leads to me now sitting here with what the trainer diagnosed as a pulled or torn Tricep when the coach tells me that's near impossible.
Why this matters to you is-- it's uncomfortable to write, thusly it's going to be even moreso uncomfortable to draw. However, I should be coming up and out with some old art and a few scraps, so you can look forward to that.
